Vodacom-so this is the end of the line

I logged a call charge dispute a few months ago. to may surprise nobody ever called me or emailed me in connection with this dispute. after a few complaints on helopeter, i was credited only three quarters of the dispute amount. i once again tried to get hold of someone at the almighty vodacom. not numerous calls to the call centre, not twitter, not helopeter, nothing made them contact me!

so now they have discontinued my service without any verbal or written notice. i called the call centre once again but as usual all the operator can or will do is say hello and good buy. this is unfair practice and the way i was treated the last 5 months is nothing other then bullying.

the only reason i am still using this site, is for the record. this is the only way i can proof that i tried everything to get answers from vodacom.

i will immediately pay my account to date, excluding of course the dispute amount. i am not a client of vodacom anymore therefore don't dare to contact me!
