Still waiting for Refund

Good day,
I cancelled my contracts with Autopage in January 2013. There is a refund due to me (deposit for international roaming and overcharged bills) and to date I have not received it. I've contacted the customer contact centre on 3 separate occasions (April, May and today), and no luck. Same excuse - refund authorisation is pending from the credit controller (who I can't get hold of). What do I do?
