I have applied for an upgrade to Samsung Galaxy S4 early May and was informed the delivery would be done within that week. It is a month later and only news I have so far is that the phone was on back order, still don't have mine and that a sales person would have called me last week but I have STILL not heard anything, not even an SMS with information but I get all kinds of spam SMS's but not one indicating progress...
