Insurance claim

My phone was and i called Vodacom to blacklist my handset which was only done the next day. On Friday (06/07/2013) i went into 4u stores with my mum since the phone is in her name for an insurance claim. A consultant by the name of Craig, assisted me in filling out the claim form and told me he faxed through the documents to the insurance mdepartment. 4days later (10/09/2013) i called the insurance department to make a follow up on my claim only to find out thEy didn't get my documents. I called the store and spoke to Robert who said he was the store manager and i explained my complaint. He told me that he will tell Craig to do a follow up since he wasn't at work. I called insurance department again (11/09/2013) and still my claim wasn't through. I called Robert and he told me that Craig wasn't at work, so i asked what's the next step cause my documents are in their stores and I'm still without a phone, he promised to call Craig and ask about my documents and he will call me before5pm. Even at this hour, no word from Craig and I'm without a phone and my claim is still not forwarded to the insurance department.
