I 'm having issues with my profile login on Vodacom web portal. I tried different ways to find the solution but after no luck, I called yesterday Vodacom customer care and log a complain, ref # 321197566. The lady told me it will take 24 hours to get it resolved. Nothing happened. I called again this morning and spoke to another customer care consulatnt after holding for 1.5 hours and she told me Lee-Roy is working on my issue. May be he sleep over it. I receive a SMS that the problem resolved but when I tried to login, giving me same error "Account is locked dial 082111 to listen to the music for whole day FREE.
I'm really sick and tired of Vodacom service. It's getting worse day by day, seriously thinking of moving to some other service provider.
