Opened account and bad attitude

I found out that there is a opened account in name. I went to the nearest AltechAutoPage cellular shop outlet to esquire about this account. I was then given this number to call 0116502343 - and Bianca picked up with a bad attitude, she was not even willing to listen to what I was trying to say. Finally, she listened then I told her my story. It looks like AutoPage does not have a legal/ department where she could put me through for further investigation on the matter.

The best she could do was to just give me the contact number to call the shop where the account was opened. Initially she informed me that I need to go to the shop where the account was opened, I then told her I cannot drive all the way to North West for the documentation that was used when the account was opened.

I am unhappy with the (unavailability of) legal/ process. I am also unhappy with how she handled my query.
