CANNOT DO A SIMPLE SIM SWOP!!!

I upgraded my contract on Saturday and took the Galaxy S4. I was told I had to do a sim swop to get a micro sim. This was attempted but I was told the system was off whilst I was there. It would be done later through the day. I tried for more than an hour to get someone on 808 on Saturday night to follow up with no luck. Contacted the store on Sunday and was told that the swop was done. Got a call in the early afternoon stating that the swop was not done as something was wrong with the account but that it would be sorted out on Monday morning. Monday night saw me trying again for more than an hour to get a reply from 808 with no response. Phoned the store on Tuesday morning and was told it would be sorted out and I would be contacted. I phoned again the afternoon and was told that a call was logged with MTN and that it was being sorted. Tried 808 again and finally got through - Was told that there is nothing wrong with my account and that nobody had phoned about my sim swop. I contacted the store AGAIN and my call was returned where it was stated that the sim swop was done. It has now been 4 hours in what should be a 2hr process and it is still not addressed. PATHETIC!!
