I've been having issues with a contract I took out via Vodacom Direct, eventually I personally went to VodaWorld to try and resolve the issues with delays in delivery etc. My problem is the lack of communication from Vodacom. There is absolutely no follow up with the client and the contact details provided for this individual (Theron Naidoo) are always off or ring forever. This leaves much to be desired from Vodacom.
