In April 2013 Sammuel from MTN called me and offered me an upgrade on my existing contract and I specifically said I wanted the Samsung Galaxy Note II... on the 17/04/2013 I received a package from RTT services and when I opened the box it was Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 which was something I never ordered. I took it back to MTN Direct in Polokwane (Thabo Mbeki Street) on the 19/04/2013 and said they should cancel my contract for that phone because it was not what I ordered and they promised to cancel my upgrade. Today I called MTN checking if my upgrade was cancelled and they said no, Samuel was supposed to do it, I spoke to him and he gave me the most disgusting attitude ever, telling me there is nothing he can do and that I should come to their offices in Galor Manor... he never gave me a chance to speak whatsoever. I can't be paying for something that I don't even own. MTN is disgusting me, it's making money unlawfully.
