I have tried to cancel my contract with 8ta 6 times now. 4 times in a branch in menlyn, once telephonically and then finally via email! All to no avail! My contract term has ended and I haven't used the data for 6 months! The debit order still goes off every month! I even have a reference number but every time I talk to someone the story is the same, send an email with your Id number and reason for cancellation. I can no longer beg for service and I will now approach my CP lawyer and go after every premium deducted since my first cancellation attempt! How difficult can this possibly be? If I receive no response from this I will spare no expense in making life as difficult for them as they have made it for me!!! Disgusting service! Reference number 5985722
