CANCELLATION OF UPGRADE DUE TO DELIVERY OF WRONG PACKAGE

On the 25 June 2013 I received an sms that my cellphone no 0839790331 upgrade to MTN Anytime 100 package was approved. The package was a Samsung 32" HD Ready Television Set and a Samsung GT-S5301 Galaxy Pocket Plus combo. The cost of thereof was R189-00 for 24 months.

On the 28 June 2013 I accepted delivery and activated a Samsung GT-S5301 Galaxy Pocket Plus imei 353768059319553/01 and sim card no 2138768298 as per invoice no 1002152497. The television set was never delivered at my home address.

On 05 July 2013 I returned to the MTN Store -Brooklyn the abovementioned handset, sim card, box contents, invoice and contract documents. I requested the store consultant to cancel the upgrade as it was a wrong package. A Manual - Goods Received Note with EPPIX Ref number : 101792613 was given to me as a receipt for the handset and sim card. I am still waiting for a collection number and that my old sim card should be activated.
