Yes you offer very competitive deals, possibly the best in the market but your coverage is shocking, even in areas like Sandton, Bryanston and Midrand. I'm tired of the endless voicemail messages because the network is down, dropped calls and no 3G coverage.
Your focus shouldn't be on acquisitions, it should be on retention because once this contract is up I'm GONE!
