Good day, I was told to visit the Vodacom4U branch to do a SIM Swap after my cellphone got on Sunday.
Dudu the assistant told me I have to buy a normal SIM now and spend another R65 when my iPhone replacement arrives for a micro / nanno SIM. I went to your other branch in Eastgate I found out that this is entirely untrue and she should have sold me a Micro Sim with backing for another R20.
The same person told me to go and find a bank because the card machine is not working - another 30min lost.
When I tried inserting the SIM she was supposed to activate when I purchased this card was also neglected by her and I had to waist a further 15-20minutes on the phone to Vodacom to have my SIM activated.
This service is atrocious and I expect more from the world class cellular provider that I choose to spend my money on every single month.
Dudu should be disciplined and she should pay for the micro SIM she sold me!
