I had problems with Mtn who had me on a wrong package when I took out a contract. They suspended my account and thereafter credited the money back in my account. I then kept in constant communication on their webchat about my account and the status there off. I had to go buy R150 data bundle from 8ta to have internet.
Following this I had a chat with various people at the webchat and a lot of the agents use terminology that only confuses a person (I am Afrikaans and mentioned this on several occasions). Also one agent says one thing and another agent says another leading to more confusion. I then Contacted them again and had a Chat to Elliot on the 28 May 2013. I told him that the conversations I had the previous day about my data and package only confused me as the story changed that Zico told me and I never completed my conversation with him or his supervisor.
He then advised me that my account has been fixed and I asked him if this means I can now use my internet as I please and not get charged per mb. He said correct. My account is now suspended again and I apparently owe them over R8500... How is this possible as I waited until the go ahead before using my uncapped servic
