Uncapped 24hours charged to my account

No monday 2/09/2013 i bought a 24hour uncapped internet bundle online at mtn active, during the process i ticked that i must activate immediately. i received no sms, i also added a 1GB bolt on bundle to my account also to be activated immediately. then check my data balance, and it reflected my 1GB i had just loaded, i then did some small downloads and checked my data balance, which showed the 1GB had not dropped, to make sure i was using the uncapped one day, i then did all my downloads in confidence that i was using the 1 day uncapped data (first time using this). the following morning i checked my unbilled balance... R6500... R5200 odd being data usage??? how can mtn charge me for this data, numerous calls to customer care made it clear they either don't care or don't know whats going on, one told me he could see the uncapped package was activated on monday at 12ish and another told me i had to activate it (not advised to at all, not on the web site and no sms) and had to pay, would not let me speak to a supervisor, nothing, i have been very polite to all of them, but i am beginning to get very frustrated with mtn's appalling customer care
