Awesome Tech Support Representative

I have signed up with OpenWeb in 2011 and have since been privileged to enjoy some of the best support services I have ever received from any other company.

I have signed up for OpenWeb as our main ISP over Easter weekend (It was a Saturday) in 2011 and have been given an active account within less than one hour. Since MWEB was our previous ISP and they have canceled our service without any warning, we were in need of finding a new ISP over a long weekend.

After leaving a Contact Information Note, I was contacted by an OpenWeb rep very quickly and my new account was set up within minutes of their call. They have also agreed that any and all paperwork could be done after the long weekend.

Since 2011 we have been assigned only 1 Tech Support Assistant this person has been of excellent value and may be the only reason why I will never go to any other ISP again.

No service is without error, but when internet related problems do occur the Tech Support Agent: Dane Samuel is quick to respond and more than helpful.

This thanks is for you Dane, for always helping in a quick and professional manner and even going out of your way to solve some issues not related to OpenWeb.
