I called Vodacom in the beginning of April to cancel my contract that was expiring in May, so I gave them 30 days notice to cancel a contract I've had with them for over 12 years and was promised it will be cancelled end of May. When I called to check beginning of June was told it was not cancelled and they have no idea why it was not cancelled, so was told that a consultant will get back to me in 48 hours (that was Tuesday the 4th June) and was given 2 reference numbers - S3/TSW3W/WKP26 and another one S3/TSW3W/WU8M7.
To date - I have not received a call from them. I need Vodacom to let me know what their intentions are with regards to this contract. Also I need them to now that I'm not paying a cent and ill be stopping their debit order going through my account.
