Contract at 8ta nothing but trouble!

I've decided to open a new contract for my business at 8ta. Before doing so, I asked the sales person Geoff/Jeff at Menlyn branch to ensure me that (1) I'll keep my current cellphone number (already 8ta but on prepaid) and (2) that I will pay only R500 per month for this contract. He said NO PROBLEM and then ordered the phone (which he said was in stock and in his store). However I would have to come back the next day to collect it but he will phone me. He never phoned. After 24 hours I pitched at the store, but now it will take 48 hours but he will phone me. He never phoned me. After 48 hours I phoned and he said it will take 72 hours. I was furious but eventually received the phone. Now he said that he could not give me my own number back. I will have to port the number to MTN and then have it ported back to 8ta!!! Remember that this number was already at 8ta, but on prepaid!! To spare myself from losing it, I went to Woodlands store and asked Danie to assist. He tried his best but (1) I still can not have my old number and (2) I've just received THREE invoices (3 different account numbers but all addressed to me) to the amount of R3000 in total!!! BOOHOO
