Please assist contract was cancelled with Vodacom on the 25 March however debit order still running into my account, phone was collected on the 2 April 2013 another debit order went through into my account.
I was given this number to call as soon as phone is collected i did, no refund took place they've been taking me from pillar to post. 011-640-5535 i spoke to Gail, Lerato and Nandi.
Please assist me on this. i will appreciate your assistance.
