Hi, i have been trying to cancel telkom from january 2013, we are now in June and Telkom is still deducting money from my account and this matter still isnt resolved... why do i have to chase for my money, their call center staff doesnt know whats going on everytime i call in, i gave my one months notice as they requested Telkom having back log problems has nothing to do with me and my money
Telkom is really bad i dont advise anyone to use them
