You people have still not called me from my last complaint. In the meantime my 13 day old replacement handset is also faulty. No service and the proximity sensor does not work. That means the phone does its own thing when you put it against your ear. I will be contacting the ombudsman tomorrow afternoon. Why do you even bother with copy/paste answers on this website if you couldn't be bothered to follow up these issues your customers report?
I want my contract cancelled with immediate effect.
