After my faulty iPhone 5 broke 6 weeks ago, I was assured by Autopage that the unit would be replaced within 7 to 10 working days. Amazingly enough, 6 WEEKS LATER I am still waiting for an answer as to what is happening with the phone and whether or not it will be replaced or repaired (despite being legally obliged to replace the phone NOT repair it, according to the CPA) After dealing with rude and incompetent staff who couldn't even manage to call me back or keep me updated on what was happening, I then emailed the manager to complain, and he hasn't even bothered to reply! Next step is the CPA to cancel my contract. I'm not sure why i even bothered with Autopage when i could have gone straight to Cell C. Lesson learned!
