HI I GOT A SAMSUNG S3 ON MONDAY 03/06/2013 IN GOLDEN ACRE ASSISTANT WAS AVRIL. I DISCOVERED OVER THE WEEKEND WHEN I PUT THE PHONE OFF THE BOTTOM PART OF THE ON/OFF BUTTON STAYS THERE AND KEEPS ON SHOWING SAMSUNG GALAXY SIII. I COULDNT GO TO CAPE TOWN FROM ELSIES RIVER AS IT WOULD BE A LOT OF MONEY TO GET THERE.I CALLED THE ASSISTANT AVRIL JUST NOW AND EXPLAINED TO HER WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND SHE BLATANTLY TOLD ME THE SEVENS DAYS HAS EXPIRED. I TOLD HER THAT I GOT THE PHONE JUST AFTER AFTER 5.30 IN THE AFTER NOON AFTER A LONG WAIT IN THE STORE. SO MUST I NOW PAY FOR A FAULTY PHONE AND CELLC EMPLOYEES JUST SAY NOPE THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME I COMPLAIN ABOUT A FAULTY HANDSET AND THIS IS THE TREATMENT I GET??? CHECK MY RECORDS I HAVE 5 LINES WITH YOU AND NEVER COMPLAINT ABOUT A FAULTY HANDSET. CAM SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE AS I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR A FAULTY HANDSET!!! IF YOU DONT WANT TO ASSIST ME I WILL GO TO THE OMBUDSMAN AND THE CONSUMER PROTECTOR COUNCIL. SO I PLEASE NEED MY HANDSET SORTED OUT. TECHNICALLY MY 7 SEVENS DAYS IS NOT OVER AS I GOT THE PHONE AFTER 5 SO MY 7 DAYS WILL BE OVER TOMORROW. PLEASE SORT MY HANDSET OUT AS ITS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
