Much running around & R400 airtime for Autopage. An upgraded contract on 19/05/2013 (R149.95 to R389) on 22/05/2013 software crashed, rendering the phone useless, Autopage, they tried to sort it out, but the phone was useless. A CPA replacement was lodged, a 7 day wait followed. We collected the 2nd handset on 04/06/2013, the very next day found no volume on the phone. We phoned Autopage again, & reported this, a technician telephonically assisted us with the phone, but problem remained unsolved. We called Autopage & were really angry because we are being billed for services we cant use due to 2 faulty handsets. Wer'e unaware of full features of handset because no chance to test it. We received much sympathy & courtesy from the staff at Gateway Autopage, but inevitably the CPA Manager wants the handset to be logged in as another CPA replacement which we are not prepared to do. They are sticking to policy when the real problem here is a 2nd faulty handset. We want it replaced over the counter. We called the call centre 2x asking for the manager, and our airtym ran out, you would think they'd return call after explaining the problem? The fone is more with them than us. 2 sealed new BBerry Z10's?
