Brand new faulty handsets

It is over month I am without a handset, After claiming my phone from insurance Vodacom gave me a faulty handset 3 weeks ago, I had to pay about R800 00 claims access fees, and the monthly instalments increased with R85 00 more due to the fact that they gave me a Blackberry 92 00 replacement instead of the phone I asked for blackberry 9300, They said I must take the upgraded version as they do not stock this handset any more, I settled for this even though I was unhappy The phone was not working from the start and because I did a sim swap the handset took 4 days to accept new sim, and when it did, the pin Vodacom gave me did not work, I called the customer services call center and the agent gave me the wrong pin that blocked the phone, as he gave me a password number to enter, by this time the 7 days faulty handset period was over even though I had no access to the phone, I returned the phone as the sound did not work, They gave me a new handset again, this handset is brand new and faulty too, now I am sitting with another brand new phone that does not work, I contacted the same lady that I was dealing with the faulty handset, and she never responded, what do I do? I lost hope
