Is it actually possible to use the internet through Vodacom for an entire hour without being disconnected? (Since I've started writing this, I've been disconnected twice already). When I e-mailed they're so-called "support services", I just received an over-long and irrelevant form to fill out (since I'm well acquainted with customer feedback systems, I know that that is simply a way of making irate customers give-up and conveniently go away). So after spending a lot of over-priced bandwidth searching through blogs, I finally managed to get the updated software myself. It worked... as long as it was re-installed once a week. But now not even that works!
I am so ruing the day I ever went with Vodacom!
(btw... it's dropped my connection five times now. I really hope this goes through).
