I was handed over to VVM by vodacom. i was given a settlement discount of R63, on the account i paid the account and requested a settlement letter which i was told it will take 6 weeks. then i contacted vodacom the assured me that my account is settled and gave me a settlement letter. on the 30 May 2013 an amount of R159 was deducted from my bank account. then i receive a statement from VVM sayiong I still owe R2 on my vodacom account.
VVM didnt honor our discount agreement and went on to take money into my bank account. I wonder how long will it take for this account to be closed.
I cant go on paying money for ever.
