No response and late delivery. Bad service!

Good day,
I placed an order on Autopage's website on May 23.I did not receive any response from them so I called in at their 086 number which has voice prompts that need a cellphone number. When I enter my number, the voice over machine redirects me then goes off. I tried this a couple of times til I got this number and called it. It also took very long to speak with someone. When I did speak to someone, she was taking my details from scratch as if my order had not been processed at all but I was already a customer she said. I have had to call daily to follow up on this order. This happened til today when she tells me they are out of stock. It has been 11days of waiting for me to be at the back of the que. There are other service providers with whom I would have by now have an idea of when I will be getting my phone or at least have a trail of contacts where they acknowledge that firstly my request is being processed. Its so hard to get hold of anyone at Autopage. I tweeted, mailed and called them. It seems even the lady who has not been helping me couldn't be bothered as she does the same thing daily, says she'll call with a response and just doesnt. Its very frustrating. Sales Order 1011782.
