Ruined my credit record due to their failures

I was phoned by a Cell C consultant mid June in 2012 asking me to take their contract because I can pay less with them. From our discussion I ended up falling for the trap and considered their contract to pay R109.00/month. On the 31/07/2012 following me taking the contract I was billed R127.51, on the 31/08/2012 they billed me R149.01. I phoned them to query my case and they said I was put on a wrong contract by mistake and they are correcting the matter, following to that on the 29/09/2012 they billed me R303.40 and when queried again they said the account was already active on my account during my querry but they will use the difference from the previous month to pay for my upcoming month. I decided not to use the phone for that month to understand the billing, at the end of the month I got another surprise of R267.91, I reversed the payment and asked Cell C to correct the matter then start billing. they phone time after time asking the problem pretending to fix it and the next thing I heard was that my account has been handed over to lawyers to collect R3000 . My credit record was fine all along until Cell C pretended to make life cost less, it was all.
