I had an account with RCS, and recently requested a settlement letter. I duly paid the settlement as quoted. after paying the settlement i called and was advised that the account is settled, I subsequently stopped my debit order because i had settled the account. They have contacted me and asked for another instlament. Why when I paid in your settlement amount, as quoted.
