No Settlement lette

I settled my account with VVM/Vodacom, to an amount of around R21k. This was on the 26 June 2013. I have yet to receive a settlement letter, despite having asked for it several times. Now I hear that on ITC I have a Vodacom amount of R9k on my name.

Am I settled? did I overpay? I have no idea since I have not gotten my settlement letter.

And why am I still on ITC? This is defamation!
