I have a laptop mygig2 contract with vodacom. I missed aprils payment of R369 and I made an arrangement to pay double on 01/06. I spoke to kyle from customer care on sunday 02/06 and he insisted that I will be debited for R838 (369 369 100 penalty fee) which was not a problem. The funds where available in my account since 01/06, y has the debit not gone of as yet??? U guys are damangin my credit rating and its totally unfair. I want proper feedback or else I will take further action
