VERY POOR SERVICE

In November I took my Nokia N9 to MTN Brooklyn for repairs as the screen was cracked. It was clearly noted on the fault report that ONLY the screen was damaged. About 8 days later I received my phone back in 2 seperate pieces and it was reported that same was irrepairable as they were not able to put it on. I handed in a working phone that was intact (except for the damaged screen) and received a piece of scrap back. It was very clear that the two parts had been ripped apart by the technician. I took my phone to another repair shop who informed me that the phone had been ripped apart and that I will have to pay R1900 for repairs (in other words it can still be repaired at an additional cost even though MTN said that it was irrepairable). Had only the screen been the problem it was a very easy job and a lot less costly. My question is now how MTN could take an intact phone and give me back a phone that is in two separate pieces and not being able to make any repairs. It is very clear that a very inexperienced technician handled my phone and had no idea on how to replace a screen. And now I am left with a phone that I cannot use as a result of their negligence. What am I to do?
