My screen was damaged cause by a "hairline fracture". I was charged R400 for a new screen even though my phone was under "guarantee" for 2 years. I got my screen "replaced" in December, 2 months later my screen keeps coming off and the "touch" section in the top right hand corner does not work at all.
I have tried to phone this number 021 552 2164. The phone does not ring at all. I have searched the Internet for a contact number with no luck.
Please advise me on how Im ment to contact someone at Nokia in Cape Town?
