I was absolutely astounded today to find Cell C had taken R8, 384.84 from my account after Cell C had verified that the previous contract I had was voided successfully (as per CPA mandated time period) and handset returned in perfect order after lack of reception issues.
I have dealt with many people in the Cell C call centre who confirmed I had cancelled the contract successfully within CPA time period and handset returned in good working order.
