I took out a cell c iPhone contract, but due to lack of coverage in braamfontein and my residential area, I voided the contract within the CPA mandated 5 working days.
The RAM courier picked up the phone (in perfectly new condition) on the 12th on March... 1 month ago and when I eventually get through to the retentions department (4 times so far) they have no feedback from the courier/warehouse on return of phone, so my contract can actually be voided/cancelled and I can sign up for another network contract.
Surely an entire month is an excessive period to wait.
I have tried emailing and tried sms'ing the sms help line, I get NO REPONSE what so eve
