When I signed up for my top up contract I specifically asked the sales person if I can upgrade from BIS to BES because my work mail is on an exchange server. And I was told it would be possible with out dificalty. I actually had trouble getting my BIS activated and after complain on Hallo Pieter I got a response and the technician by mistake activated BES instead of BIS, I phoned and apologized and said that he made a mistake and setup the BIS, he also informed me that I can activate BES when ever I want to I just need to call in and set it up. So TODAY when I phoned to activate the BES the lady at call center is telling me I can't activate BES on a top up contract! I'm on a wrong contract! This is ridiculous! I have spoken to 3 different people in different departments telling me I can have it and now all of a sudden I can't, does Vodacom change the Terms and Conditions when it suits them? I'm so unhappy with the service I'm getting from you... this problem needs to fixed and I need my BES to be activated.
