Cell c called to offer me a Samsung tab 2 contract in January. I agreed to take the contract, but on 22 January 2 handsets were delivered at my work place addressed to me. I then called Cell c to ask why 2 handsets were delivered while I had only agreed on one handset. I was told that on their system it showed that I had taken two contacts. I then requested that they rectify that error on the system and then collect the other handset which was in my possession and still in a sealed box. That same agent I spoke to assisted me to RiCA my new SIM
The second handset was collected by RAM courriers the following week. Cell c confirmed that the handset was returned. But they debited R539 for each handset on 25 Feb even though i had returned the other. When i enquired, I was told that I would be refunded the other R539, which never happened. Then on 25 March R5879 was debited again for the same handset that i had returned. I sent custServ an email on 26 March requesting for my money back. The email was read but no reply. I then asked my bank to reverse the funds.the same thing happened this month, l will ask the bank to reverse it again then I'm done with Cell c
