I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I took a contract in November with Cell C, and got a new phone. the phone was not functioning properly, i returned the phone to Cell C, and was informed that my contract had been cancelled.
In December 2013, an attempt was made for a debit order on my account, I did not notice this.
and now, when i got my January salary, Cell C debited my account, for R500. I do not have your phone or sim card. I cancelled my contract. this is. Cell C has my money from my account.
I called the support line, they tell me they cant help me and will escalate it to somebody else. why do you have a customer support than?
I will be laying a charge against Cell C today for and.
CELL C< I ANT MY MONEY BACK PLUS CHARGES> Your incompetence and negligence and has cost me a HOME LOAN. Because of your company, my account has issues and I will not stand for it. I am liasing with my lawyer to see if Cell C can be sued.
