Lack of prompt service

I lodgedaclaimformy damaged iPhone onApril22, 2013 with Cellsure, a cellphone insurance company of Vodacom, (ref VHI24). The handad in the phone at Vodacare Canal Walk the same day. It was sent to "Advanced Repair Centre, I was told, for assessment. I have been following up with Vadacare daily, with no progress, untilI called Cellsure yesterday. The report was then expedited, and this morning I was tyoldthe phone is now going infor repairs, intothethird week since I left it at Vodacare. I have since signed another iPhone contract just so I can get a handset to use inthe meantime. Now I have a contract I do not need due to Vodacom's incompetence, but that's just fine with them as they now make more money from me.

I think it is cheeky of Vodacom to promise quick service and now, well into the third week since they have had my phone, it is still going to be repaired. THis I find unprofessional and unacceptable
