Service Centre - pathetic feedback

I gave my Htc one X with a cracked screen into the Bluff Towers Branch Mtn branch on the 18th of December for them to book into be quoted for a replacement of the screen. I was informed that due to Xmas period of holidays coming up it might take a bit longer than the usual 3 day wait for the quote. I waited until 2nd of January before i got worried about the lack of response this led me to call the servicing centre numerous times to find out what is the status of the phone. I after my 3rd call i was informed that the supervisor of the servicing would be calling me back shortly needless to say this did not happen and led me to call another two times being told the same thing that a supervisor would be calling me back.

After once again waiting in vain for the supervisor I decided to get the bluff towers to call the service centre in hopes they would get a result i was then told that the manager of the servicing would be calling me back this was last week friday its now been a week and I have had zero feed back from the service centre or their managers.

This is seriously impacting my life now as I am having to borrow a phone due to MTN's Service pathetic service!
