I phoned customer service 808 to confirm.that i was due for an upgrade in my contract, the did confirm that i was due i drove 100 km in to the nearest town to do the upgrade my contract when i got to the shop theyctold me my contract is not.due for upgrade, so i phined 808 agian to hear waht the story is, after holding on for quite a whike i got assisted and gave the.phone to.the shop attended who asked why my phine display th uograde date as 01/06/2013 and why thy said i am not due, when the shop att asked the.operator to explain to me what the reason is, the operator dropped the call, so i stil dont know if u can upgrade got treated very rudly and got told that they changed my contract without informing or asking me
