VERY DISSAPPOINTING SERVICE

I went into the store to do an upgrade this morning. The shop assistant confirmed that the due date for the upgrade is 08 May 2013. According to prior info gained, one can do an upgrade within 4 months prior to contract expiry date. Instead of assisting me with my upgrade, the shop assistant rather attempted to convince me that the 8th of May 2013 IS STILL 4 MONTHS AWAY. So I phoned their customer care no. later this afternoon and the operator (Zodwa) informed me that the due date ALL OF A SUDDEN CHANGED TO 08 AUGUST 2013.
