Unhappy with the way my account was handled when I cancelled my contract and vodacom ask me yo upgrade to a new contract. When I agree to upgrade they never cancelled my previous contract and that cause my new contract account installment to be very high. Due to the fact that the previous contract was not cancelled by the operator that help me with the upgrade. The operator was unhelpful. The problem is that the operator never cancelled my previous contract before they did the upgrade to a new contract. Also vodacom never supplied a statement to justify the R1800, 00 that is outstanding due to this mistake.
Please help.
