I was mugged on the 15 of June, on the 17 of June I went to Cellc Bridge City reporting the incidence, I was told to go to the police station to report the incidence and come back with a case number of which I did. The lady at the Cellc Branch emailed the Incidence form to CCover. After 4 days without receiving feedback then called cellc on 140, I was told that they didn't receive anything from the Branch. having to hear that I took the initiative to email the incidence form personally, I was told that Cellc will reply within 48 hours. Seeing that 48 hours passing without any feedback then I decided to call CCover of which I spoke to RUDE Jonas Hlophe telling that I should wait one more day they haven't looked at it as yet. Jonas Hlophe was so rude on the phone in such a way that I hug up the call.
Ive been using cellc all my life, I have never used any other Network Provider. I am so disappointed on Cellc I am losing a lot of money due to this. Its been close to a month without any feedback. I cant pay for insurance that treats customers badly.
I request feedback ASAP I cant wait any longe
