Terrible service

I am disgusted with the service that I have received since my phone was on Tuesday.
It took me 4 attempts to get my phone disconnected after being on hold for over 40 mins in total and being cut off several times.

Eventually one of your staff took my email address and was supposed to email me a Blacklist form for me to complete.

I never received it.

I went to the vodacom store and did a sim swop and noone asked me if I needed the form?

I have just spent 2 hours at the police Station to get a case number for the phone and they told me I need an ITC number & IMEc Number - neither of which were issued to me by Vodacom.
I called from the police station and again after 15 mins on hold was told that I could not be helped without the completed form.

I then asked for the form to be faxed to me as email did not seem to work and I have still not received the form.

I need the ITC and IMEC immediately.

I have now wasted approx 4 hours of my working week due to Vodacoms inability to help!
Please can you train your staff.

This is your 2nd strike within two months - one more and I will request my PUK number and move to Cell C.
