BAD SERVICE/NO RESPONCE CCOVER

My cell phone was on Friday 11 January 2013. Morningside Glen assisted with blacklisting my phone. Received ITC number, case number and scanned incident from to number PRINTED on form 0841676571 (delivered 12.58 14/1/13). Advised number incorrect - refax to 08414329 (delivered 9.18 15/1/13). Followed up via 140 on 16/1/13. Transferred to CCover - HOLD 24 min NO ANSWER/HOLD 18 min NO ANSWER/Cutt Off/Transferred to rate my service instead of CCover. Friday 18/1/13 Ask Morningside Glen to email (sent to [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] documents AGAIN in the hope that it will spead up the process! Follow up via 140 - HOLD 12 min NO ANSWER/Cutt Off/HOLD 9 min NO ANSWER... the list goes on)
22/1/13 email JHlope & CCover directly @ 8h16am (read by JHlope@8h17 & CCover 13h02). NO REPLY. NO FEEDBACK! 140 HOLD NO ANSWER/HOLD NO ANSWER. 23/1/13 email JHlope & CCover directly AGAIN (read J Hlope 12h58 & CCover 12h21) and insist on feedback. NO FEEDBACK NO SUPRICES. I am fed up, tired of holding without anyone answering, tired of no feedback. I have been a customer for more that 10 years. I NEED FEEDBACK ON MY CLAIM ASAP. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME!
