Samsung Tablet GT-P7500 (IMEI 358681040141041)

My Tablet was submitted for repairs on 03/02/2012 at your store (Centurion Mall). I completed the repair form, as well as the incident form on 03/02/2012 as requested by your consultant (Tammy Robinson). The contact number provided was 084 694 0044 I continuously phone this number and it says The Subscriber you have dialed is not available.
How is it possible that a tel number for a store gives this message continuously?
I then phoned 084140, to see if they can track my repair. They first said that there is an amount of R3K that needs to be paid. Below you will find confirmation of my query to Cell C before submitting the device for repairs, which confirms the device has Free Value Pack handset cover. Then the lady said OH but they need and incident form. I then again said that this form was submitted with the repair request, and then came the excuses, excuses, excuses.

Where is my tablet, how long will I wait for it, why do you continue to not give feedback?

I want feedback today, and I want my device by Sunday, or you will be reported for of the device.
