My phone was on 29 July 2013. I went to a Cell C shop immediately to report it. I was given form to fill in but told it is my responsibiliy to follow up.
I had insurance on my phone which was coivered by C Cover, therefore I did not insure my phone with any other insurer. I sent the forms through and spoke to Jonas. He advised that I must call after 24 hours to see if they have received the form. I called back after 24 hrs and was now told they have the form but I must wait another 24-48 hrs for the claim to be assessed.
My phone is linked to my emails. I did do a sim swop and paid R150 for a new sim card, however I have borrowed a phone, whereby I cannot access my emails. I asked to speak to the supervisor Reegan to see if he could assist me to speed up the process and this was his very blunt reponse.

No apologies, no trying to give any kind of customer assistance, it seems I am bother to him in the tone he spoke. All I am asking for is another phone asap, so that my work does not suffer. No one seems to be able to help at Cell C. They are quick to tell u about insurance, but cannot he
