Whenst opening an account i specifically asked for my old number to be ported to said account. This is not done contrary to our verbal agreement. Hence me wanting to close my account, which i cannot do either. Please put me in contact with a person of competent product knowledge and executive rights as soon as possible. I am reporting this matter to both ICASA and the National Consumer Commission. I am tired of your absolute disservice.
